Rental Rules & Terms:

• Reservations require a non-refundable deposit upon booking

• Rentals will be filled up with fuel after rental period and charged to customer

• Rentals start at agreed upon time, their will be no credit for late pick up

• Rental must be returned by agreed upon time. Boats are subject to a $50 fee per half hour boat is late.

• Cancellation under 48 hours, are subject to full rate charge unless boat can be re-rented. 

• If weather conditions deemed unsafe by Rivers Edge Marina on day of rental exist during rental time, time remaining can be credited towards a future weekday rental.

• All Rules & Regulations & Alabama Boating Laws must be followed. 

• Tubes and Water Mats are available with rental per additional fee.
